Import / export profiles as JSON

Since all blur data is local to the browser, switching machines or reinstalling means rebuilding your setup from scratch. A simple “Export profile” → JSON download and “Import profile” → JSON upload on each profile fixes it. The export becomes the easy way to share rules with a teammate without us having to build a community library.
